Our monitoring engine analyzes webhook heartbeats. We do not store the payload content of your webhooks unless explicitly configured for debugging purposes, and such data is automatically purged after 24 hours.
We use your email address to send critical alerts and requested resources (like the Integration Failure Checklist).
All monitoring is performed on secure, private servers hosted in the EU (Hetzner).
